Become a key player in construction projects as a Principal Estimator in a dynamic team. Leveraging your expertise in cost estimation, this on-site role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and Estimating software.
This Principal Estimator position focuses on commercial and industrial construction projects. With 3 to 5 years of experience, you will prepare detailed estimates of labor and materials while operating CADD systems to read blueprints. You will also liaise with engineers and subcontractors to ensure accuracy in bid submissions and adjust contract expenditures as required.
