Job Description

Bouygues Energies & Services Industry, an Equans Group Company is recruiting a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer in Manchester to work in a design team, delivering technical services at bid, design, installation and commissioning phases. 


The Principal Mechanical Design Engineer will lead high profile projects and mentor more junior engineers. This is a hands-on role which will focus on the delivery and management of design and technical support services to data centers, clean rooms, pharmaceutical and other mission critical projects.

What you will deliver?

  • Manage and deliver design work throughout design and build projects in collaboration with the project teams and take full accountability for the design of mechanical services for data centres and other mission critical projects.

  • Undertake design reviews and appraisals and provide technical advice/assistance to the projects teams.
