A Leading Regulated Industry Organisation is looking for four Principal Quantity Surveyors to join their major capital project teams based across the South East.

The main objective of the role is to deliver the commercial assurance strategy for a major water framework.

Key duties will include:

• Deliver the commercial assurance strategy for a major water framework.
• Lead and develop a medium sized commercial team, supporting them towards chartership.
• Ensure cost management against the budget, highlighting commercial challenges early.
• Deliver monthly commercial governance and assurance reporting on contract performance.
• Provide contractual advice and guidance to delivery teams.
• Support procurement with the drafting of contracts.
