+ Innovate original ideas for new products, introduce them into practice.
+ Responsible for product development and qualification from market definition to production and release.
+ Communication with customer independent for product development and provide different concept for customer review and discussion.
+ Leading product design with across function team such as cable assembly /coaxial connector.

+ Conduct feasibility study and testing on new/modified designs.
