Principal / Senior / Structural Engineer

About The Role

Optimus Plus are now looking for a Structural Engineer to join their team on a full‑time on‑going contract basis. This role can be based in our Aberdeen or Glasgow office on a hybrid working model where 2 days per week can be worked remotely.

We are seeking candidates with previous structural engineering experience, with a past knowledge of the North Sea brownfield sector and / or asset Structural Integrity Management (SIM). A working knowledge of STAAD Pro and MathCAD will be required for this role and past experience of the North Sea brownfield engineering will be a distinct advantage. Any additional skills in FEA tools, especially SESAM GeniE is preferred.
