Principal Software Engineer (Remote)

● Drive Regional Architecture: Lead the design of scalable, high-performance backend systems using Spring Boot, ensuring they meet the rigorous demands of our enterprise customers.

● Translate product requirements into technical specifications for the Mexico-based team.

● Own Full-Stack Integration: While primarily focused on the backend, you will oversee the architectural contract between our Java services and our React/TypeScript frontend to ensure a seamless data flow for complex intelligence visualizations.

● Manage technical feasibility and work distribution for the Mexico engineering cluster, balancing high-priority feature delivery with long-term architectural health.
