About the Role

We are seeking a senior Navigation Systems Technical Project Manager with 10–15 years of experience delivering defense-grade navigation systems. This role requires ownership of end-to-end navigation system delivery, spanning hardware, algorithms, system integration, testing, and final MIL-spec acceptance.

What You’ll Do

1. Own the end-to-end delivery of navigation systems for defense applications, from requirements definition to final field-ready deployment.
2. Lead system-level architecture and integration across navigation sensors, embedded hardware, and algorithmic components.
3. Oversee development and validation of multi-sensor navigation solutions, including GNSS, INS, magnetometers, and auxiliary aiding sensors.
4. Ensure compliance with MIL-spec and defense standards, including documentation, testing protocols, and acceptance criteria.
