Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented PCB Design Engineer to take ownership of our hardware development from concept to manufacturing. You will be responsible for schematic capture, PCB layout, component selection, and ensuring designs meet EMI/EMC standards. You will work closely with the Embedded Software team to ensure hardware-firmware compatibility.
Detailed Key Responsibilities
1. Schematic Capture & Component Selection
• Circuit Design: Create robust digital and analog circuit schematics based on system requirements (Power management, MCU interfacing, Sensor integration).
• Component Engineering: Select optimal components based on cost, availability (supply chain), and technical specs. Create and manage the Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Library Management: Create and maintain a verified library of schematic symbols and PCB footprints (IPC-7351 standard) in KiCad/Altium.
