Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the operations of Rotogravure printing machines during your
assigned shifts.
Ensure that printing operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to
company standards.
Handle the supervision of the team, ensuring optimal performance during shifts.
Maintain accurate records of production, including machine settings, job details, and
material consumption.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the printing process to minimize downtime.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure printed materials meet company and client
specifications.
Implement and maintain safety protocols and best practices in the printing area.
Prepare reports on production metrics, such as machine performance, wastage, and other
relevant data.
