Job Description
The purpose of this position is to assist Relationship Managers in establishing, developing and managing banking relations with clients including follow up of client orders.
Principal Accountabilities
To maintain, develop and manage profitable existing client relationships
To acquire, develop and manage profitable new client relationships
Initiate a constant contact with clients, through regular phone calls and visits (when requested) to understand their needs and assist them
Participate in the prospecting effort through own network and referrals
Support Relationship Managers in achieving objectives and assist in the success of the requested budget
Promote and enhance client centric concept
Handle various administrative tasks
Make sure that the client’s file is constantly up to date including but not limited to obtaining required signed...
