Looking for a high-caliber Associate to join a reputable mid-cap PE firm in Amsterdam. This is a lean, high-performing team led by top-tier professionals, offering significant deal exposure and hands-on portfolio involvement.

The Role:

• Full-cycle deal execution: modeling, structuring, and due diligence.
• Direct partnership with management teams on strategic value creation.
• High level of autonomy in a lean, entrepreneurial investment team.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Tier 1 Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting (MBB), or Private Equity.
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Business fluent Dutch and English are mandatory.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—you want to build businesses, not just move numbers.
