Probation Service Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Probation Service Officer to join our team in Ealing, London.

Responsibilities

• Case Management : Oversee a caseload of individuals on probation, conducting regular assessments to monitor progress. Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation plans based on risk and needs assessments.
• Counselling and Support : Provide counselling and support to individuals to address underlying issues contributing to criminal behaviour. Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive support for probationers.
