Process Analyst (Laboratory) - 18 Month Term

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Process Analytics Supervisor, the Laboratory Analyst will provide chemical and physical analysis to support all KSPC Bethune operations. Key duties include:

• Perform sample collection, preparation, analysis and reporting in a timely and thorough manner.
• Operate laboratory equipment such as ICP‑OES, XRF, particle size analyzers and other instrumentation.
• Maintain laboratory safety, housekeeping and chemical inventory, ensuring compliance with safety programs and standards.
• Revise and update Process Analytics procedures and work instructions.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering, Production, Wellfield and Shipping/Loading departments to coordinate upstream sampling.
• Provide analytical, instrumental and technical problem‑solving support to internal customers.
