Role Summary

The Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and improving end-to-end organizational processes. This role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, conducting root cause analysis, and partnering with cross-functional teams to design scalable, optimized workflows. The Process Analyst plays a critical role in process governance, performance monitoring, and supporting automation initiatives.
