Process Analytics & Quality Improvement Lead

Banco Plata is seeking a Product Analyst to join the QA team in Mexico City. This unique role focuses on process analytics and operational systems design rather than classic product analytics. The selected candidate will have a direct impact on how operational quality is measured, by building processes and analytical workflows to improve transparency and service standards.
