process automation assistant

Job Description:

As a Process Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in developing internal

systems, automating reports, and building structured tools that improve operational efficiency

across departments. You will work closely with the Process Improvement Manager to design,

develop, and maintain data-driven solutions using Excel, Google Sheets, scripts, and macros.

This role requires strong logical thinking, advanced formula skills, and the ability to translate

operational needs into functional automated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

● Advanced Formula Development:

Create and optimize complex formulas in Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., INDEX-

MATCH, XLOOKUP, ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, FILTER, nested IF, logical functions).

● Macro & Script Automation:

Develop and maintain VBA macros and Google Apps Script automations to reduce

manual processes and improve workflow efficiency.
