Develop To-Be state with technology change
Assist the change team in change impact assessment due to technology change
Desirable Skills:
Understanding of process hierarchy
Past experience in financial services industry (esp. banking)
Past experience working in the finance function
Skilled in identifying process improvement opportunities
Ability to work with technology teams to propose to-be state
