Job Description
Overview We are seeking a full-time Process Engineer 1 at Garmin's U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. In this role, you will be responsible for creating basic tooling, routings, and basic process instructions in a team-oriented environment. The Electrical Engineering Team (EET) is responsible for the calibration and performance verification processes for Garmin products produced in the Olathe, KS facility. The units are typically calibrated and tested using automated equipment due to the quantity and complexity of the test steps. The Process Engineer’s responsibility is to assemble and maintain the test equipment and procedures, while monitoring test metrics to identify opportunities to improve throughput.
