Process Engineer Backend (Fresh Grads-Entry)

Backend Process Engineering team is responsible to deliver new products through NPI & NPD, capture revenue through process and equipment sustaining, and enhance customer satisfaction through high quality products. This role mainly works in a high mix module, box built, and system manufacturing environment in the electronics and test & measurement industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for DFM review and NPI for product assemblies. Provide recommendations and practical proposal for issues identified to ensure successful NPI launch while achieving win-win for Manufacturing and RnD.
• Responsible for the day-to-day execution, sustaining, and resolution of product assembly issues to capture revenue. Define assembly process, WI, and costing of products.
