Process Engineer

In charge for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to hold up a manufacturing organization.

What a typical day looks like:

• Support backend process development and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Set up process controls, monitor equipment performance, and troubleshoot backend processes to ensure optimal operation.
• Perform regular data collection, yield analysis, and prepare reports on process performance and key metrics.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to resolve process-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customers, R&D, Production, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure process alignment and product quality...
