Job Requirements
Qualification: At least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing environment of related field is preferred.
2.EMS - PCBA Manufacturing industry experience
Skills:
- Able to read the Engineering drawings.
- Understand design processes for products.
- Identify and design tools related to the process.
- Troubleshoot all daily production related issues.
- Implement new processes/ method for efficient production.
- Cycle time improvement.
- Knowledge of ISO QMS 9001 management.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
