Ensuring the control and continuous improvement of current and future rubber track forming processes!
In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Implement process controls and analyze performance data to ensure process stability and quality
- Support technical and production teams in managing failures
- Take charge of root cause analyses in complex investigations and propose sustainable corrective and preventive actions
- Actively participate in the commissioning and validation of new equipment and processes
