Ideal candidates will have recently completed a degree in chemical engineering or are in their final co-op term. As a Junior Process Engineer, your contributions will revolve around troubleshooting, identifying process enhancements, and ensuring quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teams to enhance mill processes
• Implement effective solutions for process challenges
• Monitor key performance indicators for quality assurance
• Analyze production data for informed improvement decisions
Requirements:
• Recent engineering degree, preferably in chemical engineering
• Experience in pulp and paper considered an asset
