Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Process Engineer.
**What you’ll do**:
Effective participation to ensure Safety, Quality and Efficiency on the Rubber Molding Process. Realize a molding process parameters adjusments, create a molding recipe, define molding process parameter for new products.
**Essential Functions**:
- **Process adjustment**:
- **Should analyze molding test requests**:
- **Perform molding test to the new molds.**:
- **Audit and optimize the cycle times to increase the productivity.**:
- **To do the new parameters sheets of the new process. Complete and maintain up to date, the required documentation**:
- **Analyze quality issues. mold and/or auxiliary equipment problems (troubleshooting)**:
- **Implement cost reduction projects, follow-up on activities to improvement initiatives.**:
- **Provide technical support, operation of the injection molding process.**:
- **Train process technicians.**:
