Job Description
As a Process Engineer you will review and optimize the production processes of stows Ovar plant
Main responsibilities:
Lead cost-reduction initiatives by optimizing the use of resourcesMonitor and analyze process KPIs (yield, throughput, downtime, etc.) and drive continuous improvementWork with Production, Logistics and Maintenance teams on the shop floor to execute improvement projectsDevelop and implement standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process documentationProvide technical training and support to Production supervisors and operators
Qualifications
Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant areaPrevious experience in Production process engineering activities (continuous improvement is a plus)Hands-on approach, in strict collaboration with Production shopfloor
