Job Description

Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer located at our Sheldahl site in Northfield, Minnesota.
Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Process Engineer is responsible for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements to support a manufacturing organization.
What a typical day looks like:
Use engineering skills to solve complex problems that leads to improved yield for existing manufacturing processes in our adhesive coating and lamination process.
Interact with production operators and utilize their feedback with the goal of implementing process improvements
Use statistical analysis tools to make data-driven decisions when working on product quality improvement projects.
