Process Engineer (Start ASAP)

Process Engineer responsible for designing, testing, and improving manufacturing processes and equipment in compliance with GMP standards.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Conduct research to develop new and improved manufacturing processes.
• Design and plan equipment layout.
• Conduct tests and monitor process performance throughout production.
• Perform process simulations and troubleshoot issues with Production Supervisors.
• Draft process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
• Monitor and implement Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and promote awareness of the company’s GMP program.
• Develop and update production documents, procedures, and standards in coordination with Production Supervisors and Manager.
• Accomplish and monitor production’s Corrective Action Reports (CAR) with QA/QC and Production Supervisors.
