Lead process engineering at Thermo Fisher Scientific's Ciudad Apodaca Manufacturing facility, crafting top-notch production processes.
**Profile**:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Blow Molding Engineer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using machine controls for input settings and high-level troubleshooting.
- Technical expertise in injection molding of thermoplastics, including design for manufacturability, robotics, automation, and hot runner systems.
- Familiarity with statistical problem-solving techniques.
