Job Description
GVA Lighting is looking for a Process Engineering Manager to join our team.
Primary Roles and Strategic Functions:
- Build and maintain a world-class Lean Manufacturing Processes at GVA Lighting.
- Continually improve and adjust manufacturing processes to achieve Company’s goals and targets by balancing capacity and maximizing throughput, monitor and control critical metrics and achieve KPIs.
- Be a champion in and have a proven record of scaling up manufacturing capacity, optimizing layout, developing new production lines, manufacturing systems, introducing automation.
- Be initiator and a process owner of continuous improvement initiatives on production floor, 5S and Kaizen implementation.
- Supervise, coach and mentor a team of process engineers and technicians, plan, direct and coordinate their daily activities, provide feedback on performance.
