Job Description
: Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet or exceed safety, quality, cost, capacity, and delivery objectives.
Champion safety performance; Directly responsible for driving employee engagement and compliance
Manage daily production and quality issues; Quickly resolve performance issues by ensuring clear ownership of responsibilities
Manage quality initiatives to improve yield and reduce production errors; Lead PCPD efforts
Lead or support cost reduction initiatives
Define, manage, and support continuous improvement of existing manufacturing processes
Identify production bottlenecks and manage resources to maximize throughput; Work with supply chain to optimize production output and achieve on-time to promise metrics
