Process Engineer/Scientist role focused on fabrication of microelectronic devices on III-V materials. The position involves developing, optimizing and controlling manufacturing processes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Comply with and promote workplace health and safety measures;
- Provide technical support for the fabrication processes of III-V laser emitters and photodiodes;
- Actively participate in troubleshooting process-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions;
- Contribute to continuous improvement by applying and promoting the Six Sigma methodology in all activities;
