Job Title: Business Transformation Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute key process improvement and digital transformation project roadmaps for aligned businesses.
• Conduct process discovery and analysis of existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for digital transformation using RPA, AI, Power Automate, and workflow tools.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive digitization, automation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Provide constructive challenge to the business to embed a culture of continuous improvement in collaboration with the Change and Implementation Lead.
• Assess, identify, and deploy intelligent automation solutions, including Generative AI and conversational bots.
• Analyze customer behavior using NPS and CSAT data to recommend significant digital transformation initiatives.
