Responsible for driving process excellence through continuous improvement and alignment across business units. This includes analyzing and identifying opportunities for process enhancement, guiding leaders on Process Management and Lean Six Sigma practices, and ensuring business processes adhere to best practices and organizational strategies.
Key Activities Involve
Translating requirements into efficient, standardized processes.
Facilitating process mapping and ensuring system readiness (e.g., EPC, IO, ICS/CRM).
Documenting process dependencies, risks, and controls.
Maintaining and updating Policy and Process Manuals (PPMs).
Ensuring end-to-end process alignment across all channels and touchpoints.
