Process Lead (Hawkesbury)

Position Summary

Reporting to the Plant Manager and the Technical Process Director, the Process Leader carries out process improvement projects and supports quality and process specialists in advancing their various initiatives. They also provide operational support and ensure that knowledge is documented to enhance process understanding across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Process Improvement Projects : Executes process improvement projects aligned with the plants strategic plan; supports quality and process specialists in the execution of their projects; facilitates workshops using a DMAIC project management approach; assists in identifying improvement opportunities; manages change resulting from new methods and practices.
• Operational Support : Implements new products into production; acts as a technical expert by coaching operations teams; oversees line start-ups; participates in various operational meetings.
