Job Description
- Develop and optimize assembly processes for customized automation equipment to improve assembly efficiency, quality, and workflow consistency.
- Prepare and maintain assembly SOPs, work instructions, process flow, and standard operation documentation.
- Coordinate with design, electrical, mechanical, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth project execution and machine build activities.
- Analyze assembly issues during machine build and provide practical process improvement solutions to reduce rework and assembly difficulties.
- Lead process planning for new projects and support new product introduction (NPI) activities.
- Design and improve assembly fixtures, tools, and workstation layout to enhance assembly productivity and ergonomics.
- Monitor assembly progress and manpower allocation to ensure projects are completed according to schedule and quality requirements.
