Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver process mining initiatives using Celonis and Microsoft Process Mining (Power Automate Process Mining / Process Advisor), supporting clients across discovery, analysis, and value realization phases.
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines for process mining use cases, including data extraction, transformation, enrichment, and loading from enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, ITSM, custom applications).
- Work closely with customers to translate business questions and process improvement goals into analytical requirements, KPIs, and dashboards.
