Packing Bay Operative – Padeswood

What you’ll be doing:
- Operating Arodo and Ventomatic packing machines safely and efficiently.
- Carrying out first‑line maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards within the Packing Bay.
- Using a Forklift Truck (FLT) to unload plant deliveries and load outgoing wagons.
- Supporting general warehouse duties, including stock handling and organisation.
- Working as part of a team to achieve production targets and KPIs.
- Following all Heidelberg Materials UK processes to ensure safe working practices at all times.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a manufacturing, packing, or warehouse environment.
- FLT licence (or willingness to train).
- Strong focus on health & safety.
