Main Objective:
Ensure product quality through the implementation and maintenance of standardized quality tools, processes, and procedures within manufacturing operations.
What challenges will you have?
- Collaborate in the technical analysis of claims, guide the team in the use of problem-solving methodologies, and ensure timely documentation and response according to company standards
- Lead, motivate, recognize, and ensure the training and development of personnel within their area of responsibility, in compliance with RIT and CCT.
- Ensure the validity of attribute studies and process capability, as well as coordinate and maintain the validity and analysis of measurement systems and their repeatability.
