Process Technician I

Responsibilities

• Authority to report risks regarding OH&S concerns
• Improve new or existing process to achieve goals thru Kaizens focus into the KPI's indicators.
• Responsible to be in their work on time at beginning of the shift.
• Maintain effectively the support on the manufacturing lines and equipment to minimize Down time.
• Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic and mechanical issues on the existing equipment’s at KEMX.
• Responsible to administrate and optimize the spare parts.
• Create work instructions, maintenance and calibration task, assigned to him base on each position.
• Execute and maintain model changes at optimum level based on the goal for each area.
• Supports the Vision and Guiding Principles and other policies of Kimball Electronics Mexico
• Comply with all Safety, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and Quality Management System (QMS)
