Duties & Responsibilities
- Create manufacturing documentation required to support manufacturing, testing, and production operations.
- Create simple tools, fixtures, and jigs to support production operations.
- Assist Process Engineers with various tasks necessary to support daily manufacturing operations.
- Initiate troubleshooting, root cause analysis and identifying effective solutions to production problems or NPI projects.
- Coordinate communication to Production Operators or Process Engineers on root causes analysis and findings.
- Assist Process Engineers in executing Continuous Improvement activity – Yield, Cycle Time improvement, etc.
- Assist to Quote and Request P.O. for New Equipment’s, Fixtures and Tools.
- Supports investigation of non-conforming materials.
