YOUR ROLE
Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation.
- Conduct real-time problem analysis on equipment failures, alarms, and SPC violations, and determine solutions through liaising with all parties involved and studying past cases.
- Implement corrective actions using established OCAP procedures.
- All basic inline investigations reported in real time to relevant owners with full details.
- Respond to Lots on Hold; disposition lots in real time and implement actions to prevent re-occurrence.
- Conduct appropriate equipment, tools, and process qualification.
- Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, and low cost by working with Maintenance Specialists and Production Supervisors to achieve overall committed targets.
