We're looking for an experienced
Process Trainer
to join our Corporate Travel team. If you have a passion for training, strong knowledge of GDS systems, and proven expertise in corporate travel processes, we'd love to meet you.

Job Description:

• Lead training for
  international ticketing, group bookings, and email support processes
  .
• Act as a
  Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  in ticketing to design and deliver effective training programs.
• Conduct
  onboarding and upskilling sessions
  for L2 – Complex itinerary trained resources.
• Collaborate with
  operations and quality teams
  to identify training needs and close skill gaps.
• Develop and maintain
  training materials, SOPs, and process documentation
  .
• Monitor training effectiveness through
  assessments, feedback, and performance tracking
