Process Transformation (Madrid)

What will your main responsibilities be?

• Operational Process Analysis
  Work with customer teams to observe and understand operational processes
  Conduct interviews and workshops
  Map processes using flow diagrams, BPMN, or similar
  Identify pain points, manual steps, communication gaps, and inefficiencies
• Process Clarification
  Translate complex operations into clear documentation
  Produce visual process maps understandable by technical and non-technical stakeholders
  Align stakeholders on presente vs assumed processes
