Job Description

Procurement Duties:

  • Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations and perform price comparisons
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on deliveries
  • Liaise with vendors on pricing, lead time, and product specifications
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
  • Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier database
  • Ensure cost control and adherence to company procurement policies

Administrative Duties:

  • Handle general administrative tasks and office operations
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation (hardcopy & digital)
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office logistics
  • Manage office supplies and equipment procurement
  • Support HR and Finance with basic administrative coordination
  • Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and internal documents
