The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade requires a Service Provider to undertake one or more of the following services:
- A strategic alignment of the Department's Procurement Policy with the Department's Procurement Process Workflow tool 'BuyRight', including addressing internal audit recommendations
- Review existing policy and BuyRight workflow and audit recommendations
- Identify areas for improvement and alignment
- Propose changes to the policy and workflow to address audit recommendations, and rectify any inconsistencies
