Procurement Associate

The Medical City Clinic is looking for Procurement Associate to be assigned at Exquadra Tower Ortigas Center, Pasig City. This role is responsible in the supplier accreditation, canvassing, negotiation and procurement process.

Job Description

• Request supplier's accreditation documents
• Create canvass sheet and quotation for review of Purchasing Associate Manager
• Coordinate the purchase request of end users
• Create and send PO to suppliers and requestor

Qualification

• Education: Graduate of Business Administration
• Experience: Fresh graduates and/or six months of related experience
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Computer Literate, Negotiation skills, Planning & Organizing, Integrity, trustworthy and Honesty
• Familiar with SAP and MS Office
