Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting
Collect, organize, and maintain procurement and supplier data to ensure databases and spreadsheets are accurate and up-to-date.
Prepare spend reports, summaries, and cost updates for review by Management
Maintain supplier price lists, documentation of cost changes, and relevant procurement records.
Analytical Support
Perform initial data analysis, including price comparisons, spend breakdowns, and trend reviews.
Support should-cost or cost breakdown exercises by gathering data and validating assumptions.
Identify preliminary insights or trends that may highlight savings or process improvement opportunities.
