Duties:

-To communicate between the oversea suppliers handle place order to suppliers.

-Planning to order and follow order confirmation, delivery schedule and shipping document.

-Coordinate the timely and accurate shipment of goods

-Coordinate with shipping agent, Inland Freight ,Sea Freight, Air Freight

-Whole process for documentation and computer system for import (LPI)

-Claim to supplier or insurance for shipment problem

-To make a report such as summary of order and order status

-Prepare Import document for customs clearance process and follow up with shipping company

-Can verify customs tariff code

-Supervise the stock levels of each item in the stock which need to be replenished

Qualification:

-Male / Female age over 35 years old.

-Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
