Be part of a company that is transforming towards automation and smart factory practices. We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Procurement Manager to lead our procurement team (3-4 pax) and play a key role in supplier management, cost-saving initiatives, and compliance with international standards (RBA, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ROSH/REACH).
What You'll Do
· Lead and develop a small procurement team.
· Drive cost-saving projects and build strong supplier networks.
· Manage sourcing and procurement activities via ERP systems.
· Ensure compliance with RBA, ISO, ROSH/REACH standards.
· Collaborate with internal teams to support automation and smart factory transformation.
· Negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and sustainability.
