We are a fast-growing technology company and as we scale our operations, we are looking for a driven Indirect Procurement Manager to build and lead a high-performing procurement function across a complex, multi-category environment.
We are looking for an experienced Indirect Procurement Manager to lead and develop a team of 5–6 people, driving procurement strategy across indirect categories including services, corporate, operations, consulting, contracting, office, and supply.
What you'll do- Own and manage indirect procurement across multiple business units
- Lead, mentor and develop a procurement team of 5–6 people
- Drive supplier negotiations and commercial agreements with a hands-on approach
- Ensure compliance across all procurement processes and policies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and corporate teams
- Implement and reinforce a strong procurement culture aligned with company values
